Daughters of Pearls Women Ministry is to minister to all women from various backgrounds, age groups, and ethnicities. The women of Daughters of Peal Ministries (D.O.P.M.) represent Christ as they walk, talk, and live in love, holiness and wholeness, manifesting the essential characteristics of Integrity. The DOPM foundational Scripture is based on Titus 2:3, which declares that “the older women likewise are to be reverent in their behavior, not slanderers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things…”(NKJB).The primary goal of the ministry is promoting (Unity) among the women and encouraging the theme of "Sister helping Sister."

The mission of DOPM is transforming the lives of women according to the godly character of Jesus Christ through the development of interpersonal skills. The pearls represent the best within us: honesty, purity, wisdom, and integrity. DOPM believes in training young women to develop into all that God has purposed for them to become. Empowering women to mature in the love of God is at the heart of the mission for this ministry.
